Specifying a custom data folder

By default, all of Calibrator’s data is stored in:
C:\Users\<USR>\AppData\Roaming\SailingPerformance\Calibrator
If you want to move this somewhere else you will need to:
– On your PC, go to C:\Users\<USR>\AppData\Roaming\SailingPerformance\Calibrator
– Copy the Boats, Database and PhaseFilter folders over to your personal custom folder (eg: in C:\Data\Calibrator)
– Edit the Calibrator init file with notepad (C:\Users\<USR>\AppData\Roaming\SailingPerformance\Calibrator\Calibrator.init.json)
– Look for the tag “boatDataRootFolder” and set its value to “C:\\Data\\Calibrator” (in our example). Make sure you use double back-slashes \\.
– Run the Calibrator again, you should be good to go
